Nothing is charged
Geetanjali – The Literary Society of NIFTEM Kundli does not take payments through this website. There is no checkout, no card or UPI form and no wallet. Creating an account, registering for an event (as a member or a guest), receiving a certificate and claiming a partner offer with your points cost nothing, and we do not add handling fees, booking fees or any other charge.
If a paid event is ever added
Should the society ever charge for a particular event, for example to cover a workshop’s materials, we will do three things before taking a rupee:
- state the full price, including everything you would pay, on that event’s page and in the registration form;
- state the refund rules there too: what is refunded if you cancel, and that you will be refunded in full if we cancel or reschedule the event;
- update this policy and its version number first, and tell signed-in members.
Refunds would go back to the way you paid, and we would aim to complete them within 7 working days of approving them.
Events run by others
Some events we promote are organised by NIFTEM, a partner or another body. If one of those charges a fee, its organiser sets and honours the refund rules; they are not controlled by Geetanjali, and the event page will say who the organiser is.
If someone asks you for money
Nobody from Geetanjali will ask you for money to join, to attend, to be published or to receive a certificate. If someone does in our name, please do not pay; tell us at support@geetanjali.niftem.in so we can warn others and report it to the institute.
